Drinking yoghurt
For all of you who wondered, we've found drinking yoghurt (not those tiny bottles of bifidus stuff). It is EasiYo and you make it yourself at home. Our son can't get enough of it. He's told me several times, "When this runs out you can get more." I love it that he feels he can give ME permission!
Which reminds me, I've got to order some more (we've only found it on-line).

I make the normal EasiYo. I am pretty sure my local Coles has the drinking yoghurt mixes as well. Also Mt Ommaney Big W has them I think.
I happened to be at Mt Ommaney Big W on Monday, and while they had more than Woolies has, I didn't see Drinking Yoghurt.
I find EasiYo at Coles and IGA. The trick is that it has its own section. It is not with the prepared yoghurts. It can be found with desserts or tinned fruits. Or probably some other place which you probably wouldn't think of at first.
I wonder if the prepared yoghurt sellers pay the supermarkets to keep it away from them?
I've just made a nectarine yoghurt (not drinking though).
I haven't been able to find drinking yogurt in the shops. Maybe they stopped stocking it because not many buy it? Is it the wildberry one he likes Wendy?
Yes, Wildberry. The only other ones are lemon and mango, both of which I wasn't sure about for him.
i recall seeing easiyo drinking yoghurt in kmart or big w. yeah they don't stock them in coles or woolies.

I'm not sure which tablespoon they are using in the recipes. Metric is 20 ml. US Customary is 15 ml. Shouldn't make too much of a difference except with curries and peppers.
I don't like the ice cream much. Perhaps that is because I put lemon-lime juice in the vanilla I tried. We have an overabundance of citrus at present. Trying to use it up everywhere we can.
Yes, Ken, they do list the outlets, but I have not yet seen all the products at any store (not that I've been to all of the store, of course). Drinking yoghurt particularly seems to be a missing product on the shelves.
