Does it go in the sink?
I'm guessing that you can feed something through it, like a plastic bag or tea towel, so that you can hang it up.
I agree with Mrs Q: a tea-towel hanger.
I've looked closely at the little pictures in blue at the side and I reckon it fits on to the top of a tin can. Then you can tip the can to drain the juice without losing the contents.
I like Deb's idea, but I also have a variation on Mrs Q and Judie's idea - you hook socks in it, in pairs, so you don't go losing socks in the wash!
