Two weeks ago tonight we were in Toowoomba running a Japan mission event which ended up with about 100 people attending. We've received overwhelmingly positive feedback. We ourselves had a lot of fun. Here are some photos from the evening.
1st David is helping people explore the Japanese language.
2nd In another group, Wendy is showing people how to make origami sumo wrestlers.
3rd Our deputation stand, that we cart, assemble and disassemble many times over.
4th Everyone eating Japanese curry rice.

Wow, I would have loved to take part in such an event :) Btw, what do origami sumo wrestlers look like?
Sounds like you are all very creative! So glad for the good number of people who showed.
I'm glad to know that many people are interested in our culture! I really don't know how to make origami sumo wrestlers. You are already Japanese more than me(^o^)
Miwa, sumo wrestlers are very easy. You'd manage them with no problems!
