Actually Japan is a little obsessed with mayonnaise. I like my mayonnaise, but not on quite so many things. Here's what a mayo-hater says about the mayonnaise trends in Japan.
And here's a little video about mayonnaise on pizzas in Japan. The presenter not quite correct, though, mayonnaise on pizza isn't a new trend. It's been around at least as long as we've been in Japan (13 years).
