I came across a blog post today that nicely complements the article I wrote about loneliness and missionaries. I've had two single missionaries tell me that I didn't mention singles in my article. That was a deliberate miss, the article was short and written from personal experience. I don't have experience as a single missionary. However this article does a pretty good job.
Though I am a little doubtful about the section where the author talks about helping singles find a marriage partner. Most singles I know are tired of people blundering into their lives and trying to "fix them" by finding them. I certainly would be very reluctant to meddle with someone's life like this unless I was very close to them.
