So good to hear other people who are "content in the place God has put them".

I know what you mean about language too! After more than 5 years in Cambodia, I still have limited Khmer. I never had 2 years (or even six months) of language study before I started teaching here, and as a beginning teacher, I just couldn't find the time to really study consistently. I'm grateful for the little language I do have, that enables me to get around, and communicate a little with the people I live among. Thankfully, those I work with mostly have adequate or good English.KarenKTeachCambhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18360213423837201954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-324860522351083573.post-42487704191451946652012-03-17T23:43:14.064+09:002012-03-17T23:43:14.064+09:00This is a great post. Turkish is also a very difficult language to learn, and so many workers just cannot speak very well, but I saw a long time ago that God has so many different callings for people, and that He even uses people who can hardly speak the language.

My husband struggles greatly with Turkish, yet God has given him a "sweet spot."

Blessings on your ministry!Betsy de Cruzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07081162585307212930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-324860522351083573.post-62040855997326578712012-03-17T14:42:26.503+09:002012-03-17T14:42:26.503+09:00Great post about "sweet spot"s...Just th...Great post about "sweet spot"s...Just the topic we will be discussing at our OMF ladies retreat.
Happy Sweet Spot-ing!
SusanTim and Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09918200398328596778noreply@blogger.com
